Spent a luxurious weekend enjoying the beautiful surroundings and delicious cuisine. The spa and wellness center were amazing, with several saunas and outdoor hot tubs. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to nearby ski areas, making for easy and convenient access.
The hotel lacked in-room amenities and could have used more staff to provide better service. The lack of air conditioning during hot weather was a bit inconvenient.

We loved the amazing design and the friendly staff who made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and we enjoyed the various hotel facilities, such as the spa and the pools. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the ski slopes and the charming village in the beautiful Ahrntal valley. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Amazing outdoor pool, great breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed juice, and complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations. the hotel's location was convenient for my business meetings and the staff was friendly and accommodating with all of my requests.
The gym was small and outdated with limited equipment options. the price for spa treatments was also higher than expected.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary walking trips and bicycle rentals.
The hotel could improve on the variety of food options available for dinner.

My recent stay was absolutely luxurious and fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. the facilities were impressive and boasted of a Sauna, Outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Steam room, and a Spa & wellness centre. the Massage and Full body massage treatments were exceptional and the Spa lounge provided the perfect tranquil atmosphere. the restaurant served delectable dinner options and even had special diet menus. Exclusive private facilities were also available that added to the overall experience.
My only minor issue was the number of staff available at the hotel which made the service slightly slow during peak hours. Nonetheless, this hotel was situated in a beautiful scenic area and had a Garden area and Sun terrace.
